On May 11th, 2025, Lizzy competed in her very first Veteran competition at the Scott County AKC dog show.  She turned 8 years old 5/14/25 just 3 days after the show.  She has not competed in conformation since October 2021 and performed as though she had never retired.  She stayed perfectly still during the judge's examination and gaited around the ring in perfect form and correct speed.  Clapping was very loud and Bernard and I were extremely proud of Lizzy's total performance.  We are looking forward to another Veteran's competition in Lizzy's future.
